Labour-only / Inspection Annual Maintenance Contract:
Under this contract, we provide four preventive maintenance schedules annually, along with an unlimited number of breakdown visits. The preventive maintenance schedule is designed to ensure trouble free operation of the chiller throughout its life, while also maintaining optimal performance. Any spare parts needed for the proper functioning of the chiller may be procured separately by the customer at an additional cost from Weather Makers.
Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract:
In these contracts, all benefits of an annual service contract are available to the customer along with inclusion of all major spare parts required for the chiller. Typically, only consumables and certain electrical/electronic items are generally excluded from such contracts. Thus, customers opting for comprehensive contracts entrust the entire maintenance responsibility of the chiller with Weather Makers for a fixed annual fee.
